The upside: got me in and out relatively quickly. The downside: quoted me one price, then gave me another at the counter. When I pressed the employee at counter he said that the price I mentioned was for 2 tires, not 4. But the math on that doesn’t make any sense at all. When I called the owner and asked how much this work should cost, he quoted me a lower price than I had paid. I mentioned the discrepancy and he flew off the handle. I mentioned that I would leave a bad review if this wasn’t corrected and he informed me that he was recording our phone call and that he despised people like me and he knows how to have these reviews removed. Look, I don’t go out of my way to make waves, but I don’t like being taken advantage of, and I’m super unimpressed with the owner. If you use these guys, get the quote on paper and don’t let them juice you.

Zero stars!! Worst tire place ever, went to get a used tire because I caught a flat with no spare, prices are absurd for used tires, had very little tread when asked if that was the best they had I was told that was the only one left in my size. For 79 dollars tires should look way better that’s dang near a new tire price. And to top it off had to pay a 3 dollars fee was told it was because it wasn’t a debit card. Which it was. There was no option to select debit or credit when running card. Total rip off stay away.

Tyler couldn't get the tires that I wanted. So I bought my own tires and took it to them before. I actually took my tires to him. I went there to introduce myself because we talked on the phone. And he told me that he would dismounted in mount. My new tires for $25 apiece. When I did bring my tires to him a week later? And after he did to work, he. Destroyed 2 of my lug nuts. Because he used the wrong socket and then he gives me the final bill for $211. I go, what is this? You told me $25 when I came here. To introduce myself. You told me in my face and now you're charging me. Twice as much. $50 a tire which is outrageous, so I got mad. And I said that i'm going to call the Better Business Bureau. And he got outrageous on me very unprofessional. It said don't you ever come on this property? Or I'll call the police. I'm not giving you your money back so I. Failed to complain on the Better Business Bureau. I don't know if he got the memo or not, but I've never got my money back. He's a crooked man, read the reviews. He's a liar, he's a thief. He doesn't belong as a manager. He has no professional skills whatsoever. He goes off the handle very easy

This is one of very few shops that sell used tires in what I consider to be West Knox. They quickly installed 4 quality used tires (50% tread) on my truck in a timely manner. The total cost was about 1/4 of what four new tires would have been. Dustin also taught me that tire width can affect handling, so we dropped from p275 to p255 tires and there is a noticeable performance difference. I would recommend them to anyone requiring tires or basic service.
